Not sure if it is all the repairs shop fault but my expectation of a repair shop is to look after my interests, offer me options, and communicate what those options are with the costs. This repair shop did none of that. Initially replaced the windshield with a non manufactured replacement which they could not calibrate. Previously, they would ask if I wanted a cheaper windshield and had to seek an authorization from the insurance company to do the replacement using the authorized windshield.
