Ladies Beware! Working with Alan the manager is a nightmare. He is rude, rough disrespectful, and insulting. The corporate office communications are a nightmare. They lie to void warranties and behave with dishonesty & extreme disrespect. Windshields should not be this upsetting and cracking over and over. Alan told me he was too busy and told me to go to another vendor. I took 3 days off of work to accomplish one replaced windshield that should have been under warranty.
