It was easy to make an appointment and my tech, Dan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything worked out perfectly.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment window of 8-9. I arrived at 8:20 and was told they couldn't do it and would have to reschedule. That left a bad first impression and I was shocked by the disrespect and lack of customer service. I would avoid this shop at all costs.
