The tech that showed up was awesome. Did a great job. My complaint is with the company. I called on a Tuesday. They offered me a next day appt for my windshield. As it’s my work van and I use it week days I said I needed a Saturday apt. They obliged. Called, texted AND emailed me confirmation of my apt on Friday, the day before. At 754 Saturday, 6 minutes before my 8-12 window was to begin, I receive a TEXT with an updated apt for the next Tuesday. No call, no correspondence from the local shop. A shattered rear windshield brought me here. Not only were they able to fit me in earlier than any other place, but the service was exceptional. Everyone was very professional, and my vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. They even went the extra mile and made an additional small repair for me even though it wasn't part of the appointment. Great team over there. Highly recommend.
