Top line service and fast
Awsome service. I got the quotes from many places , but their rates are excellent and service and payment system no doubt better then any where. I almost save 130$ compare to others in price.
Office lacks understanding of urgency and timing when scheduling for mobile Service. I too work for a service provider and understand how important being punctual and communicating when you aren't is to your clients. We had arranged for an 8am appointment, as our technicians are also scheduled and they completely missed the appointment. Upon arrival at 12:40 we were told we had a "morning Appointment" that could be from 8:30am - 1:30pm.... A 5 hour window, that was not discussed, is not okay.
