The work done on my vehicle was done excellent however Safelite the company needs to change how they communicate with vehicle owners such as myself. I scheduled a drop off appointment so as not to take days off from work. I dropped off my SUV on a Thursday, but did not receive any updates. It took me many, many attempts of going on website and going through AI multiple times just to reach the shop Thursday all day just to get updates on when my vehicle would be ready.
