I got to the service station about half an hour early. They took my car in right away. The tech came and spoke with me. He was very nice very polite very accurate. He came to me again offered me products that he thought my car needed and then when my car was ready, he explained to me what to do what not to do for 24 hours. He was very nice very professional and the Safelite up on Cortez Very professional.
David just left after replacing the damaged windshield (thank you FL constant contruction). He was a consumate professional, from start to finish answered all our questions and fixed it back to factory condition. The OEM glass and calibration had our 2023 BMW X6 m50i back to showroom! With this being our only ride it was so nice to have them come to our home and take care of everything...including filing it with our insurance and following up with lifetime guarantee.
