I am exceedingly satisfied with the repair done to my windshield. At first, I was put off by the price quoted by the national call center, but unless I wanted to replace my windshield and pay significantly more, I didn't have a choice. I arrived early and my vehicle was taken right in to begin the repair. Matt explained the risks of repairing the chip/crack as well as the guarantee. Beware! Absolutely horrible to deal with! I've been by there three times to set up an appointment. I called set up an appointment over the phone. I go the day and the time of my appointment, in the windshield had not been ordered. I would not recommend doing business at this location!
They do as advertised, very good work.
I had my Raptor windshield replaced and recalibrated yesterday. Service tech...Jamie... did a great job, very courteous and completed the work in a quick and efficient way. I would highly recommend Safelite and hope you get Jamie as your technician. He is definitely an asset to the company. Thanks Jamie.
