Second time I had to use Safelite in the past 6 years and both times they are fast, efficient, and very polite. I have a second car that needs a new windshield, and I will be calling them to do it.
Technicians arrived to do the job without the appropriate tint on the windshield said they were out. I would have to come into the office to have the tint put on at another date. I said well that’s the whole reason why I had you come to the house so I didn’t have to go to your shop. Windshield after it was finally installed after reschedule. It was left very dirty. Fingerprints smudges had to be cleaned.
Tried calling here multiple times to get a quote no one answers. Then when you go in no one is in the room and the phone is ringing still
Had a couple of chips in windshield that needed a to be filled in. In n out service , technicians were quick n excellent customer service.
