If I could give a negative rating, I would. First: the scheduling process. I called 3 times on 3 separate days trying to get my windshield replaced. First time they said a mobile tech will call me with further details, a couple days went by so I called the second time...again a couple of days go by so I call the 3rd time. I speak with a manager at a local branch and he tells me "oh yeah they kept booking you for in shop install but you need mobile" i said yes thats what I requested 2 now 3 times. They don’t honor warranty. Don’t waste your money. The quality is bad - one chip spreads to long crack immediately. Get OEM window at dealer. One star is too much but it’s required
