Great sevice!!! My car was in and out and they text me every step of the way and did all the footwork for getting it approved through my insurance. I would definitely recommend!!!!
We had our windshield repaired by Safelite when a rock hit it on the highway. When the technician was done, it didn’t look great, but he assured us that Safelite would replace the full windshield if it ever cracked from this spot. Well, it did. I called Safelite to move forward with the warranty as promised and their Customer Service rep said it’s not covered… it is very clearly sprawling from the main spot they repaired. We will not be Safelite customers again after this— they did not honor their word.
