Tried calling and their stupid phone AI won’t let me ask questions without entering payment information. The whole thing felt scummy and like a scam.. I’m not going to do business with them for no other reason than they can’t give me the courtesy of letting me talk to a person
My appointment at Troy was changed from Monday to Tuesday except Safelite failed to make the change. When I didn't show on Monday a simple phone call to myself would have made a customer happier.
They replaced my windshield, but couldn't calibrate the new windshield. They told me that I needed to go back to the dealership for further repairs. I originally went to Safelite for convenience and now I have to go 2 separate repair facilities just to replace a windshield. The dealership would have done the whole job for basically the same price without having to have multiple repair visits.
