Most definitely unimpressed. We called and they said they made us an appointment and then we tried calling them like 5 times and they would not answer the phone. When I got there for the appointment they said I wasn't even scheduled and the closest appointment is 4 days out. Hard pass.
My technician Randy was awesome! He was so very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! If I ever have to use your services again, I definitely hope Randy is my technician again!
