I arrived at the store 15 minutes early, and they promptly took my keys. Two hours later, they called to provide clear instructions on how to care for my new windshield. I'm extremely satisfied with the service!
BRING BACK 1-800-54-GIANT!!!!! SAFELITE DOES NOT care about safety. Cancelled on me 3 times in a row at the last minute. I have shaped my entire day around this appt. The company spams me with reminders for days and days about my appt and cancels at the last minute. “ technician called out sick” OR “ technicians van broke down.” And one time for weather that was nonexistent.
