Had issues with a corporate employee named Monique. She would not honor my tax exemption, and she falsely charged me $39.99 for a recycling fee. The Lawton store refunded the recycling fee and tax exemption. Everyone else I came in contact with at this store was professional and helpful. I would use this place again as long as Monique is not there.
The Lawton Safelite went way above and beyond to make my experience with them right after a botched first appointment. I will use again.
The glass tech Baylor was outstanding in removing and replacing my broken windshield. Baylor called me first thing the day of appointment went over several possible issues that could arise such as the possibility of rust and corrosion when he removes the old glass and if there was to much he wouldn’t be able to install new glass till it was fixed. Baylor didn’t leave me in the dark on anything was a very knowledgeable and professional young man and did a great job Thank you.

Long story short, I was a victim of an automobile vandalism while I was out of cpuntry. My poor Camaro. Luckily, w/ my auto insurance, Safelite AutoGlass was the company they had a relationship w/ when there's an auto window claim. I was very satisfied w/ the communication leading up to the appointment day for the window replacement. The installer Drew was very helpful, professional, and informative.
