Outstanding service. Had to change the service location and the office accommodated the change without a hitch. Technician was prompt and responsive and did a really stellar job. Had a chip repaired and can’t even tell where it was now. He also found another chip we hadn’t seen because it was not in a visible spot and repaired that as well. 10 out of 10.
A while back my back window on my truck broke. When I got my truck back I realized later that my rear defrost wasn't working. It took awhile to fix the problem. But the Rice Lake crew didn't quit until the rear defrost was working again. Great job and taking the extra time to make it right.
Everything was perfect. The technician was professional, timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Safelite!
