They're good, however is very difficult to get in. Always super busy.
Safelite replaced my windshield 9 months ago. All seemed fine until I woke up in the morning and the windshield had a crack down the middle from top to bottom. I thought it would be covered under their warranty, but they said there were chips--one was inside and 2 inches from the crack and the other which I couldn't see was pin-hole sized at the bottom of the crack. You would think a large company such as this would stand by their warranty when nothing occurred to cause the crack. I had to make a claim with my insurance and ... read more
