I booked two vehicles into Safelite (Joplin), one for 1pm, one for 2pm. Honestly, our appointments started way late due to the technicians having recalibration problems with the vehicle before ours; however, we understood and they were good at coming in & checking on us & keeping us updated. I was traveling cross country and I got a chip in my brand new motorhome windshield. I was concerned that it was going to run. I contacted Safelite and made an appointment. The technician contacted me first thing in the morning and He adjusted his schedule to meet me in the afternoon in Joplin Missouri. I had about 3 hours of driving to get to that location.
