We had the side vent window replaced on one of our vehicles, they were able to get us in the next day and has us back up and running with little downtime.

the worst customer service i have ever seen. i have been trying to get a windshield replaced. they have done it twice now and they say they have to do it again because their calibration keeps failing and will call me when they get a new glass in. they never called and i can't get through the safelite call center. there is no way to contact the specific location. in 2025 i shouldn't have to drive an hour just to talk to someone and ask if they've found a 3rd windshield for me yet.
