If I could not give a star I would not I was very explicit that my window had a slider. When the install expert called to confirm my app. I had to ask the details of what was being installed we determined that they had ordered the wrong glass was promised a call back to confirme when they could get glass from California to Utah. 8 hours later after I called and found a local company 90 buck cheaper they called to let me know the details of when they could instal I had taken the day off work so I could get this glass replacem... read more
On an RV trip from Southern Cali to Alaska, and 30 miles from home a rock flew up and cracked our windshield! Found this Safelite, and they took us onsite at 8am on a Saturday morning. Lot was large enough for our rig to pull in easily, and the service was superb! They really saved us (and our trip!)!!!! Thanks, Safelite!!!
It is completely unacceptable to not have all employees trained on all vehicles that are on the road today. I have used this location several times over the years without issues. I’m told those working today are not trained in Tesla’s. Tesla vehicles have been on the road for over 12 years. Not being trained is completely unacceptable. I scheduled my service and you should have planned for a trained employee to be available.
