I am self employed and the sole employee at my company. I lost 2 full days of wages due to needing my window replaced. I had my first appointment which my window was not fixed and was notified the warehouse placed the brackets in my new replacement window in the wrong spot. I was given a 2nd appointment and was notified the day of that the window was not delivered. My window was finally replaced at my 3rd appointment.
