Appointment was very easy to book. Reminders were sent out to confirm appointment. Technician doing the windshield replacement called before arriving and provided clear instructions for sit time before using the vehicle after installation was completed. My auto insurance paid for the replacement

First I was told they do not travel to my area where I work. I had to take time off. The finished job did not have tape on my window and now I can hear an air leak, noisy! On the phone, manager implied it was because I removed the tape early. The windshield sounds as if my window is rolled down. Had to reschedule for thier error and "wow," they now can travel to my work place. Tech got tar on my seat, my carpool coworker sat in the passenger seat got noticably stcky tar on his butt and he now sticks to his chair at work. Saf... read more

I get a lot of chips on my windshield and Safelite always does a great job of repairing them.

I am completely satisfied with Safelite. It was easy to make an appointment and I got my car window fixed really promptly so it didn’t interrupt my schedule.
