Price for a window replacement on a vehicle was double the cost of two other local options. Way over priced
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being on the phone. Don't try to get "customer service" on the phone, you will be wasting time.
If they aren't helpful during purchase, do you think they will help after? Tried to get a quote for a windshield , website would not give a total. Called the 800 number, they no longer take phone calls. Did live chat and was informed they will not give a total untill you agree and make an appointment. Customer service is a very important part of my decision making process.
Made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me they can't repair my windshield due to a previous accident. Car was repaired professionally before-hand. Wasted my time while a local shop had my car repaired within an hour. Not to mention for $200 less.
