Jackson, the tech, broke both side mouldings on the windshield, did not replace the top moulding, scratched both sides of the hood and A-pillars. He left glue reside all over the vehicle... Safelite is not wanting to accept responsibility and claiming "dry rot" on a 4 year old car... Funny how "dry rot" occur in lever shaped damage...
The whole process was so very easy and fast. The representative was very polite and totally professional. Great job by great people!
My experience was as smooth as could be from making an appointment, dropping of my car, finished on time. All personnel were pleasant, professional and friendly.
