Broke my rear view mirror; promised to replace it in 2-3 days; that was 2 weeks ago - nothing. Promised I would get paperwork documenting the job in my email- nothing. Very disappointed.
Nathan was friendly, prompt and professional
Appointment was easy to make and reminders were sent well in advance. Now for the less than stellar part; Technicians decided to show up at 9:30 and then took almost 25 minutes to really get started. My appointment was for. 9 am ; poor guy ahead of me had an 8am appointment, let’s say he was less than thrilled. Work seems to be well done just not thrilled that appointments are made but workers don’t show up on time.
