Very easy to make appointment (although the mobile service would have been a 2-week wait). Service took only 90 minutes. Probably could have shopped at Restore next door if I had known it would be that quick. Or Sea Dog pub for lunch would also be a great way to wait out the service. The tech was very friendly and even fixed a glitch on our hood latch. Also gave us Velcro stickers to reattach our toll pass gadget. Text updates and reminders were great. They took care of all the insurance. I would definitely use them again.
