If you are someone who appreciates prompt service, this isn't the company for you. I wasted two days waiting for them to have the correct windshield (with no flaws), and to have them have the appointment at 7:30 am on Saturday morning. I couldn't get updates on what was happening, and promised calls never came. WASTED TWO DAYS OF SUMMER ON CAPE COD! I guess the glass is good.
