The Safelite shop was about a mile from town, so Steve the technician dropped me off before he got started replacing my windshield. I was sent texts on a regular basis to update me as to where they were in the replacement process so I knew how to plan my day.
Safelite was an absolute delight to deal with. Lots of communication, prompt, helpful. Tech finished quickly had great communication skills and then looked at a second vehicle after the repair and was able to fix a small crack perfectly for me.
Great company to work with their fast very professional and just an all-around good company to have do work for you
