I scheduled an appointment on line. I chose to go to the site in Maple Grove. I was greeted Cheerfully with instructions of what to expect. Lacy, who installed the windshield was polite, efficient and respectful. She sent me on my way with instructions for the next two days. I am very pleased and would recommend this well oil facility.
I had tried to schedule with another shop for a couple of weeks before going through Safelite. It was a total pain and my appt kept getting pushed back. Safelite made it super easy with the online scheduling. And the next opening was only a couple days out. My technician was very friendly and did excellent work. Definitely recommended!
The technicians were very courteous and quick to help. The windshield was fixed in less than half the time they initially quoted. They prioritized my vehicle as I had no other car and I was with my kids. A+ for the quick response and turnaround.
