Aidan was super helpful and informative. He repaired the chip in my windshield super quickly and gave some great advice on an issue I had with my cabin air filter.
I recently got a new windshield at the Draper location on 123rd. It was the most professional, fast and efficient job/work I’ve ever had done on my car. Their txt and online payment system made it so I was able to pay for my deductible while they were working on my car so in total I think I only spent 3-4 mins dropped off and picking up my car. I have tried calling the local number and 1-800 number where they have tried to contact the shop at least 10 times in the last few days about my upcoming appointment with no answer. I came to the location at 4:15pm. The doors are locked and it’s closed. Change your hours of operation if you aren’t open from 8-5. I am a business owner and this is extremely unprofessional.
Fantastic service, the rock chip repair was handled very quickly. The repair itself is perfect, you can’t even see where the chip was. Thanks again.
