Got us in right away, booked on Monday and had us there Tuesday for a 9:30am appointment. Was told it would 2-2.5 hours over the phone with the calibration they would need to do. Arrived at 9:30 to be told it could take up to 3-4 hours. My wife was there for a little over 4.5 hours. They didn't even begin work on the car until an hour after she arrived. What's the point of appointment?! Give your customers an accurate eta on when the car will be done the first time!
