Extremely frustrated at this company canceling my appointment twice. I had to make work & home arrangements for their 5-hour window arrival time to ensure I would be available. Only to receive a phone call same day of the appointments to be told they had to cancel. Very nonchalant, and no reason. The prices are extremely ridiculously expensive. I wish my insurance company didn't do business with them. I will look elsewhere and if needed, change auto insurance too. I will not deal with this company ever.

I'm not surprised at all the one star reviews. Called, made an appointment and their rep selected the wrong glass so they had to push me off another week for their mistake. In the end their customer service person cancelled our appointment all together and tried to tell us that there was nobody else we could speak with. Customer service is dead at safelite and I will be supporting locale now instead of convenience. Terrible customer service and avoid at all cost.
