this location went above and beyond! They got me a coupon, vacuumed my car, and washed all the windows. the office was clean and the staff was friendly and competent. can't wait the same for other locations unfortunately. I will continue to come to this location only!
I tried to get a quote online for a rock chip repair. The quote I received was a minimum of $200. So I tried to call them for clarification. The number you call is only automated. When you ask for an agent it says they need more information. If you give it, it either continues to be automated or says it doesn't understand simple commands. If they don't have time for helping customers, I don't have time for them. A rock chip repair shouldn't cost $200.
