Very kind man who repaired my broken rear windshield window. Also did an amazing job on repairing it!
I had a small chip on my windshield and worried it would spread in the MN winter. My insurance suggested Safelite; it was the fastest service scheduling I've experienced. They were available the very next business day. The technician, Zach, was extremely pleasant, polite, and efficient. The job took very little time. I would recommend to anyone!
My service technician Blake was very communicative throughout the entire process. This is my first time having a service like this done and Blake made it very easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how he explained the process and made the windshield replacement effortless!

The technician was professional and courteous. He worked with my schedule in order to get my glass fixed. The only recommendation I have for this company is altering the times they can work on your car so instead of 8-12 or 12-5, you could pick a "different window of time" for example 9-3. The process to book online and even reschedule was extremely easy to complete, even using insurance. We have used Safelite many times and have never been disappointed.
