Safelite technician, Nathan from Burnsville shop who replaced my windshield is very rude, can't listen and argue with me when I try to give him some new information from insurance since he had wrong information. He didn't want to listen me and interrupted me when I was speaking. So terrible worker who shouldn't work with people. Stay away from Burnsville shop. They have rude workers there.
I’ve dealt with 1 tech in Maple Grove and 2 techs through their mobile service. My windshield has been replaced twice and I’m not sure if a 3rd has been ordered. I was told there was a quality issue with the glass which was preventing my rear view mirror from being installed. I’ve been emailed that my install was a success. Not impressed with the follow up and at this point I’m not sure if the job is ever going to be finished.
Fast and friendly service. I will do business with them again when needed.
Cassidy replaced my driver's side window, which had been smashed by someone. He was very helpful, stayed extra long to complete the job correctly, and was great at explaining the repair to me. Thank you Cassidy!
