I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Safelite in Burnsville. While I want to acknowledge that the technician who replaced my windshield on 7/14/25 did a beautiful job and was very kind, the management and communication have been absolutely unacceptable. When Safelite damaged my headliner, I was promised a $400 reimbursement check. On 7/21/25, I was told the check would arrive by 8/04/25 — but it never did.
