I was scheduled for 2 windshield repairs. One on a car and one on a truck. I wasn’t sure if the car could be fixed, but the chip on the truck was 100% fixable. We circled around the chips with a black sharpie as to let them know exactly where the chips were. When the tech was finished he called and said he couldn’t fix the car that the windshield needed replaced, (which I knew was a possibility) but he said he fixed the truck. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to just get an actual price from them. I called and they want everything just short of your great grandmothers maiden name, when all I wanted was a price. I was on the phone for 16 minutes and still never got a price. Tried an online quote and it was the same.
