Outstanding Professional Performance conducted by employee Deonte thanks for completing my service needed for my vehicle repair.
The technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time. Super convenient that they will come to your home or office so you don't have to miss work. My only complaint is Safeilte did not make it clear that the crack would still be clearly visible after the resin was applied. They adverting misleadingly makes you think it will disappear.
Do not go to this establishment! The manager, Seth, was rude and disrespectful! He canceled my appointment after I asked for the District Manager's number to report his rude and unprofessional behavior. He refused to give me the contact information for the District Manager and gave me the 1-888 number that is utilized to schedule an appointment.
Lifetime warranty, denied..they said something hit it,well duh,their Lifetime warranty is a sham. The warranty is useless unless it's in the truck being shipped apparently once it's installed apparently there is no warranty I found it was way cheaper for me to order it myself and install it myself half the battle is getting the old one out but with a sheetrock cutting tool was done quite easily unless you're handicapped I do not recommend using Safelite do-it-yourself
