My wife paid in full for a windshield replacement and got a delivery date and time for between 12:00pm and 5pm. There technician never showed up nor did they even call to reschedule. We called the store at 5pm and the store was closed. Thank you satellite for the heads up. Beware everyone.
Safelite came to my residence to replace my windshield. This is a plus for me. My technician, Remy, was on time, very professional and courteous. When explaining what to do & not do, he would ask if I had any questions and he would answer with “yes mam” or “no mam”. Haven’t heard those words in a long time. Made me feel respected. Thanks Remy for an excellent job!!

Great experience. It was super easy to navigate the website. I chose the option I wanted to change my windshield one night and a technician was replacing it the next morning at 8am on the dot. Ty was the technician and was very kind and super informative.
