So about 2 yrs ago I had a busted window they replaced it fine. But when they put the wiper on they put it on backwards, so now it doesn't clean the window. Tried to call them took forever to get a person because they want to default you to online chat, internet, mobile services only, not live people. And fit you into their criteria of what they replace.
