Had my BMW x5 back glass shatter in a parking lot not even sure what happened. Insurance company said bring it here. Wish I never did back glass was put on crooked, weather stripping was missing and unfortunately I didn't realize it until a couple weeks later when the window started pouring water into the back of my car and ruined the head liner , back 3rd row seat , carpet and all the battery wires and battery itself. This place is horrible I'll just pay to get it done next time!

My windshield cracked recently and I had been putting off getting it repaired. Man, am I thankful that I went to safelight in greece ny. It was the closest location that my insurance covered - but nevertheless I am thankful. The two men I interacted with were helpful, communicative, kind and in a good mood.
