Kevin, Who was the Technician that replaced my windshield in my 2024 XT4 Cadillac. Kevin was very professional and informational about the process with today’s upgraded Security features in the vehicles today. The process takes a little longer, but safety is the important part Of the installation process of recalibration of safety features after windshield replacement.
Hands down best experience with Safe Lite. We were on vacation and encountered a rock hitting the windshield. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours. We chose to drive the vehicle to the repair shop as it would get done sooner by doing so. Highly recommend the Safe Lite shop in Minneola, FL (Clermont area).
The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. The windshield looks great and the car's tech, imbedded in the glass, works perfectly.
