Technicians Cassidy and Tommy are the best.
Excellent customer service. It was way better to set up an appointment over the phone. I was on vacation and needed to replace my windshield. The agent was able to find me the nearest place where I stayed and before I drove home. I brought my car an hour early. They finished working on my windshield replacement a lot sooner than estimated. They did an excellent job. They calibrated the Tesla camera successfully and the FSD works properly.
The Technician and the entire team were very helpful, on time, very thorough, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable from start to finish! I am very impressed!
