It means a lot that you would do right by the customer in a situation where the customer did nothing wrong and still got left holding the bag. Scheduled an appointment on Monday 1/12/2026. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 1/14/26 between 12 and 5 pm and was quoted approx. $385.00 for a window replacement. SOMEHOW between Monday and Wednesday afternoon when I called to check in - I was told when I called the exact same phone number that the quote and the appointment was nowhere to be found and wouldn't ya know - the price went from approx. $385.00 to up to $549...............and the appointment can't be until Tuesday 1/20.
