I spoke with Chase today just because I’m curious about the door he disassembled. I’m planning on replacing some speakers, had a couple questions as to how I should take apart the door panel, since he had everything taken apart to replace the window. Chase could not have been more polite, professional, and very helpful. I will definitely take my vehicles here again, if I should be so unlucky to have the windows smashed and vehicle broken into…again.
My technician was a great guy. It took longer than we both anticipated, but he did a fantastic job with my new glass.
I am just so impressed with this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Their technician is just outstanding if they’re running a few minutes late they’ll let you know. They explain everything to you. I wish all companies were run like this.
