Such a ridiculous when you're trying to get a hold of someone to talk and it took 15 minute going through phone robot, and finally you get someone to speak, and asking price for repair windshield, they won't give you any pricing until you give your full name address phone number blah blah. Is best if you guys make things easy and simple
Polite friendly service. Seems to have done a great job
Very poor experience here. With 2 different cars I arrived for the appointment only to find the glass was defective and I had to reschedule. I was told they will only deliver the glass on the day of the appointment, regardless of how far in advance one books the appt. With the most recent service they disabled the air bag system which set off the warning light. They lied about it saying it was already faulty in the pre-inspection, which raises further concern of whether they even do an inspection or just the ignore the resul... read more
