Scheduling an appointment with Safelite was incredibly easy and convenient. I appreciated the flexibility in payment options and how clearly the cost was listed upfront, no surprises. Worst. Experience. Ever. 2-hour job turned into 6-hours+ Broke the automatic wiper blade system during the replacement. Scheduled for second repair with a 4-hour window; Failed to show. Called me the next day to ask what the repair was . . . they didn't know what their own appointment was. Failed to show again after rescheduling for another 4-hour window.
