Very disappointed with the level of service and communication from the Gastonia, NC Safelite location. It has been a frustrating experience up to this point. My suggestion is go somewhere else.
Fantastic experience! I did very little and they did everything they said they were going to without a hitch. Very courteous and efficient. I want Safelite to run the world.
Guy went out his way to not warranty the windshield, didn't inform me that they didn't have a windshield in stock prior to my arrival, which would make me have to reschedule an appointment and have to come back.. prior windshield installed leaked air and water.
I made an appointment online for the mobile service. I thought it was great that the cost wasn’t more expensive than bringing my vehicle to the shop. I had a window of 8am-12pm. I received a phone call from the technician when he was 20 mins out. Exactly 20 mins later he was at my house. Service was fast and i was able to pay by card with the technician. He was friendly and professional! Highly recommend Safelite. They saved me from having to replace my windshield.
