If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband needed a back window replaced in his work truck. They set up a mobile call for Friday August 1st 1-3pm. He has a powered back window, but his work told them putting in a stationary window would be fine because he didnt use the power window. He got off work early Friday to be home for the tech to come out. We got a call around 12:30 Friday from Peter Boyles saying he could not come to the appt because his truck ONLY took a power window.
