I would recommend second guessing anything the receptionist tells you. I called last week to ask about getting my replacement done in Brookfield, at my place of employment, she quickly said “No, we will not replace your windshield in Brookfield, we will only replace your windshield in the city of Waukesha” I had the replacement done today, at my house in Waukesha, to later be told by the technician, that they do travel to Brookfield. Horribly customer service at the office in Waukesha.

Booked everything very effortlessly online with online scheduling. The technician was very prompt and told me exactly what was going to happen. He also made sure to let me know I could relax and he’d come knock on my door if he needed me for anything. He said it was a bit more complicated a case than usual but he didn’t charge me extra or anything. Great job!
