They replaced my windshield, end up leaking for 2 months and soaking my driver side carpet. I had weather tech floor mats, so i didn't catch it right away until i took the mats out. The came and replaced it under warranty. Then had to take to their shop to get everything dried out, which the tech told me 2 hours to do. I called 3 hours later, which i was put on hold for 22 mins just to see if it was done. To my surprise they had not started on it yet.

This location was great! They got me in within 24 hours and were coming to my house. The tech got injured right before my appt so they got me squeezed in at their physical location same day and gave me a discount for it getting switched. And I was there for less than 45 minutes. Everyone was incredibly kind and informative.
They got to me within a few days if the incident. We’re on time, communicated well, and did the install right at my house within a reasonable amount of time. We literally had torrential downpour later that same day and not a drop of water leaked in. Nice job.
