Setting the appointment was simple and straightforward. They sent multiple texts and emails leading up to the appointment regarding what to expect and payment options. However, a few key details were not communicated ahead of the appointment that would impact the installation. We dropped off the vehicle ahead of the scheduled appointment as recommended.
