I've been dealing with safelite for the past two weeks trying to get this sorted out. I took my car in for a simple chip repair. The technician did not complete the repair correctly. I called Safelite again to have them come look at the chip, and their mobile tech confirmed that the repair was not done correctly and the windshield needed replaced. So the used car i bought had a windshield with 20 years of scratches and chips. I checked around and safelite had a replacement at a price I could afford and they came to my place of work and installed it in no time. So far so good, Tyler did a great job. They do a great job of communicating with me as well.
