Travis at Safelite located in Soo, Michigan is the best. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the replacement windshield he installed. I was also very pleased with him offering to attempt to fill the two chips before even starting on the windshield replacement as an option that could save us money should he be successful with that first. There is not any whistling, the automatic wipers and lights work great. It is well worth the hour drive to take my car to Safelite Sault Ste. Marie.
Travis the technician was a top notch technician who knows cars and auto glass. He is as good as they come!!
Appointment was made the day before, stating technician would arrive between 1:00 p.m. And 6:00 p.m., technician called to cancel. The next day the technician arrived and within an hour the windshield was complete.
About a month after getting my front window replaced on my Kia 2020 Sportage I noticed several small scratches on my hood and one longer one on the passanger side front fender about belt buckle high..I knew these were not there before and in the area where they were working on my window replacement.
