Update: they didn't even call, I called them and they told me the wrong part was ordered again for the 3rd time now!!!!!! I normally do not write reviews! I still need my glass replaced, currently waiting on my tech who is supposed to arrive between 8:30-1:30 today July 14th. It is currently 1:15pm. I wish I can give them zero but is no option for that. I’ve been waited all day and after he show up, he said he cannot do my van because it’s rust watch is not bad. Is something normal for 2003 vehicles and when I called the office, the guy who answered the phone he was so rude. He accused that he get picture of my van watch the guy who show up to my house. He never took picture so I’m wonder what picture he's talking about very bad customer service
