terrible experience. replaced the window but in doing so broke brackets and motor and now i can’t put the window up and down. have been ignoring my calls and messages for weeks to come fix it. do not recommend
The price, service, professionalism, convenience and quality were all first rate! So happy I went with this company.
use a different location. they are unprofessional. they rescheduled me due to not having a moulding.The day of the rescheduled visit they said they didn't have the moulding and the tech didn't let them know about not having it. The tech said someone would call me tomorrow bc i now left work twice early. The following day no call back. I end up calling and they tell me the moulding will come in a week so i ask to speak to a manager. I'm told the manager will call me back. I'm still waiting no one ever called. Place is a joke
