Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a mobile appointment so I wouldn’t have to drive to a shop, but the technician’s equipment wasn’t working and I ended up having to bring my vehicle in anyway. The technician was visibly frustrated, slamming equipment around and arguing on speakerphone with another employee. The whole experience felt unprofessional and was a major inconvenience
