Great service! Our tech, Marquan, was fast and thorough. He called 30 minutes before he arrived at my house and arrived on time. He answered any questions I had and was very polite and professional. Would recommend!
The tech that replaced my windshield left broken glass all over the interior of my truck as well as on my driveway. He also left a bunch of old window caulking as well. Calling Safelite gets you in touch with a call center. The lady promised to send an email to the branch manager and his district manager. Perhaps she did but I never received a call from either hence the reason for my rating.
Wonderful experience at Safelite in West Chester. Very easy to make an appointment, windshield was replaced with no problems and the staff was very nice. I would recommend
There seems to be a scam..how they introduce you to replacing your windshield wipers. It doesn't start with how much would this cost...the way they phrase this is very cleaver and then when all is said those wipers come to the tune of $75.00 but if you contact them in 6; months they will replace them... really? They should have a lifetime warranty and fit all vehicles! And they can't put your old wipers back on because they broke taken them off and since this issue is debatable...we' ll never know the truth...but we will nev... read more
