First car & first windshield crack and I had great service here when getting my windshield replaced and a recalibration. I messed up when doing the quote and my insurance claim and they were able to transfer the appt info to the claim so I only had to pay the deductible. They told me it’d take 4-5 hours and got it done in 2! I got my windshield wipers replaced as well bc they were doing some sort of deal. They were making a weird sound and they had me come back and Jason was a great help in getting it fixed!
I wish I could write up a positive review but working with safelite has been an extremely frustrating experience. First it has been impossible for either my wife or I to talk to a person over the phone. 2nd our Pilot was in last week to get a new windshield and as soon as we left the parking lot we noticed lights flashing on the dashboard. Immediately we went back and at first the guy was clueless. He went inside and when her returned he said it is the after market windshield and it’s blocking the front camera.
