I highly recommend using a different Safelite location or a dealership for repairs. Bayden is a manager at the Ponca City site and handled my case with very poor customer service.

Ponca City team replaced my windshield. Scheduling was a breeze. Customer service very good. They had replaced and calibrated in 3 hours and I was ready to roll. Technician called the following day to follow up to make sure no issues and all good! Would highly recommend!
If I could have talked to a person to confirm a few things about the appointment I would have given 5 stars. The technician that showed up and did the work was very pleasant and did a greatt job.
