Tried to get my partners windshield replaced. We made the appointment last week for Saturday because we both work. Today was the day and unfortunately when the wonderful technician got here it was raining, he tried his best but it wasn't going to work out. He called his manager (the reason it is 2 stars) to see if it could be rescheduled for tomorrow. The technician wasn't from around here so he handed me the phone to speak with the manager. Great communication and service. We recently had some bad winter weather come in right when my appointment was scheduled. The shop called me before I could reach out to them. They were so helpful in rescheduling with appointment options. I decided to take it into the shop and wait. I’m glad I did. I noticed great communication between the front desk and the technicians on the floor. I also noticed the same courtesy and helpfulness on each call that came in. From start to finish, my husband and I had a great experience working with Safelite. The installer communicated with us when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. It was great having them come to our home to replace my windshield and everything was cleaned up nicely when the job was done. We are very happy with the ease of this whole experience from beginning to end.
I had service done here and theres no way to comunicated to them over the phone that the horn isnt working after i got the glass replaced. When i hit the alarm button it makes a sound when i press the steering it does nor. I checked the fuse it was blown. I replaced it. It burnt again. So that tells me theres something esle while installation that is causing this.
