Made the appointment online. 5 days later, I drove 45 miles to get the windshield put in but the one they ordered did not meet their expectations so he had to re-order the windshield. Drove 45 miles again a week later to get the 2nd one put in which he found blemishes on after install. Offered to order another one or give me a discount which ended up being about 8%. I chose the discount as I was not going to drive 45 miles a 3rd time to get another one put in.
I highly recommend Safelite. From scheduling the appointment to having my windshield repaired was easy and the technician I spoke with provided a great customer experience.
