My window technician was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Charles was extremely professional, personable and very knowledgeable! He explained everything concerning the after care and warranty. He even went out of his way and fixed some small minor things that needed attention around my windshield. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone that needs car window replacement and pray they get a technician like Charles!! If I could give 6 stars, I would!
So quick and easy. They were nice and clear in all communication and met expectation!
Local folks were fantastic. The only glitch is one cannot call the local center anymore. It is all through out-of-state centers and no local phone numbers can be found anywhere, call center won't give contact numbers out either. Texts or long call waits, cannot call with a question or change of schedule. The poor communication part was highly frustrating but the work and local team was great.
Very professional service. Their ability to do remote service at your house, makes the entire transaction almost effortless on my part.
