Outstanding experience. Appointment began as scheduled. Staff was super friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond. Service like this is exceedingly rare these days and I hope the entire team knows how much they are valued for the experience they provide.

Joshua made sure the window was done correctly and all systems calibrated. We highly recommend this shop and would use them again.
Unreliable online booking system. Cancelled at home appointment on the day of the appointment and rebooked for in shop without asking me. Their online booking system does not consider that some cars require calibration. I had to drive my car for several days with a cracked windshield and booked with a another shop. Safelite customer service relies heavily on robots and it's impossible to reach the local shop phone line.
