Safelite came to my Vermont home as scheduled and a courteous employee efficiently replaced my cracked windshield, making certain to restore my toll detector, inspection sticker and dealer's service reminder. My only complaint is there's a slight scratch on the new windshield that is visible when the sun shines on it.

Easy booking an appointment and in a timely manner. The install was quick and professional. The staff were all great to work with.
Charles from the White River Junction shop came out to the house and had everything done within 2 hours. He showed me something of concern on my vehicle that I needed to know about during his installation (separate from the installation) and said his supervisor was looking into some used parts to rectify the issue on my old car. Friendly, on-time, called before coming out to confirm appointment, and texts to keep-me-up-to-date.
Excellent service and attention to detail from Joshua, the Manager and Erik, the technician who installed the new windshield.
