Fast efficient and friendly service. Plus, they always do the job right the first time with no subsequent problems.
All staff were friendly and accommodating. The first appointment I had to cancel even though the tech waited 45 min for me. I could not make the timing work-out on my end. He was so courteous despite my mistake. All components of the windshield's recalibration seem to be exactly right. Same for installation of new windshield. The Owatonna, MN location shines the most in Customer Service 10/10!!
Fast and easy
Just lies and a waste of your time and money. Basically Safelite technicians knock your sensors loose then tell you it's your fault afterwards. But if the issue wasn't present before the windshield replacement and is afterwards then.......GFY
