Ordered wrong wind shield twice. Had to drop truck off three times😳
Joaquin, the technician, was excellent. Having a safe flight come to my home is a great service.
Juan was very kind and informative throughout the whole process. He explained each step in full detail so that I would understand what was happening.
All went well
Single appointment took 2 days. I then had to personally help install the product I paid for because the shop was short staffed. ASM hung up on me and the tech while in store trying to solve my problems. Filed a complaint and some “manager” out of MN called and did next to nothing about my concerns. Just kept saying…”in my 27 years of installing blah blah blah” Glass still all over even though they promise to clean it. Overall terrible experience that no one within safelite wants to help with.
