My technician was excellent! My service was done at my job and they were very accommodating. I am so impressed. They sent me text updates and a text to pay even. I would use their service again.
Had my honda civic done here the people were great and the service was under an hour but at the particular location I was at had a bad bump into there shop that almost damaged my lowered car other than that it was amazing
The work done by the tech. was outstanding. The Marshalltown team was outstanding. Be prepared to be constantly hounded by Safelite emails and pop ups on your computer and phone. I did and am receiving at least four a day from them.
