Had an appointment for today between 1:30 and 5:30. Tech never showed up and never called to tell me he was on the way. Called at 5 pm to ask about the service since nobody had showed up or called me and the manager told me that the tech was at my house and nobody answer the door and he had called me and left a voice mail. All lies, when explaining to manager that this was not true, management lied about seeing on gps that tech was at my address and nobody answer. Another lie. Do not recommend SAFELITE ever again. Had an appointment to replace windshield waited for an hour for them to tell me the windshields clips were broke and they had to order a new one. Went back a week later with 1st appointment of the day and gave me the same story and my husband was shaking his head and was told by the manager shake your head and go somewhere else. Not professional at all.
Set an appointment and they didn't have my windshield. Follow up appointment they removed my glass and had to reinstall it cause they had the wrong windshield.
