These people tried to change my credit card the full amount of the windshield repair knowing that I was there for a insurance claim and my deductible was 250 my was if I hadn't noticed the charge would they have said anything about it. When confronted about the charge they said they had to contact my insurance company to straighten out the charge then said they informed me that they were going to charge the full amount to my account, at no time did they tell me this or I would have not had the work done. Fast scheduling, Top-notch service, andexpeditious completion of windshield replacement...
Even though it was raining they called and informed me that they would try to come that same day or reschedule if rain did not stop. They replaced my windshield that same day. Customer service was great and the technician Matthew was very professional.
