I was happy with the level of communication before and after from the technician. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and correctly.

There were lots of missteps. They booked me into the wrong location, so i had to reschedule. The installer was unable to calibrate the sensors, so I had to go back again. They tried to get me to sign a waiver that said I would not hold them responsible for any harm that would come to me or the car because they did not calibrate. I refused to sign.
Safelite on Barre-Montpelier Road gave me an appointment within one day, which I needed because the crack in the windshield was growing. They fixed it and I was out in two hours.
Ended up with an approximately 1.5" star chip/crack in my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment to have it repaired the same day, took about 25 minutes and it came out great! It was definitely worth the money to have it done right rather than trying a diy kit.
