Safelite AutoGlass In our area was wonderful. They fit us in quickly, kept us updated at every step, called when he needed to verify our wishes, instructed us with after care when he was finished. He was very polite, efficient and businesslike. So easy to work with. I would highly recommend!
They did a great job! I was referred by my insurance company. The appointment was easy to make and so was rescheduling it (my issue). They completed the work in a timely fashion, and well. While I hope to not need their services any time soon, I'm glad to know I have a good place to go...
Had a Appointment in berlin today for a warranty windsheild it had a defec guy came outside to talk to me and told me it had a defec but they didnt want to put a new one in unless if i went with a factory windsheild.They guy was very rude and Unprofessional and told me that the guy in st johnsbury was messing up alot of windsheilds and it didnt want to take car of my replacement windsheild.So drove to st johnsbury talked to the guy that put my windsheild in and he was very Pleasant and helpful and Scheduled me a new Appointm... read more
While I initially had some delays booking/paying through the website, once appt was made everything worked out perfectly. Technician (Shayne) was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. He even managed to transfer my inspection and oil change stickers to the new windshield undamaged. I had no insurance coverage but price was very reasonable. Happy to say “great service, thank you”.
SL didn't call us to confirm, so they order wrong windshield. Then they didn't explain "recalibration" so we denied permission & selected the "waiver" option. But local store wouldn't replace w/o the "recalibration" - which turned out to simply be checking & realigning the cameras to be sure they were OK after all. Otherwise, they were quite nice & helpful.
