My insurance company scheduled the appointment for me at 7:00 and Safelite doesn't even open until 8:00. There were two workers in there and they let me in and worked around some stuff and actually got me in and out. My technician even found a little owl charm that I had lost a long time ago and brought it out to me.
Swayze working from out of town showed grace and excellent customer service 👌
Safelight has now replaced three windshields for us, and every time they have been great at communicating, professional, prompt, and gotten the job done. I would definitely recommend them.
