Safelite did their job. And it is so appreciated. Thank you! The story: Brand New VW Buzz, Chip right in front of the driver's view. Size of a medium size bean. Options are blow in and take the Chip out or replace the window. The second option has lots of calibration issues. The first is solely esthetic. Long story short: The Chip is now the size of a pin head. Almost impossible to see. Great staff from beginning to end. Super skilled, Josh was the lead tech on this, and very straight forward. Cannot talk to a real person and appointments can only be made online. So if you don't have access to that good luck. And they don't answer if you need something other than that so.
FYI don't waste your time getting the premium package. They didn't have my new wiper blades so in order to get window treatment I would have to pay more money. The service was fast and professional.
Great staff and experience. 15/10 recommend.
